Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular OR Tech / Surgical Tech to join our surgical team. This role requires extensive experience and proficiency in a variety of cardiovascular procedures including, but not limited to, abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, angioplasty/stenting, aortic repairs, and more. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in elective and emergency surgeries for both adult and pediatric patients., • Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes., • Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to aseptic techniques during procedures., • Handle all surgical instruments and equipment with care and precision., • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a surgical tech role, preferably within a cardiovascular setting., • Must have experience with EPIC charting system., • Preferred experience in Trauma Level I or II facilities., • Candidates must hold a current New York State license., • Comprehensive knowledge of various surgical techniques including coronary artery bypass grafting, mitral valve replacement, and ECMO., • Proficient in operating the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System and other surgical equipment., • Work in a dynamic setting with 23 operating rooms and 1 procedure room., • Candidates must be located more than 75 miles from the facility for eligibility., • First-time travelers are welcomed to apply., • Health Benefits: Day-1 access to extensive benefits including Medical, Vision, Dental, Life, and more., • Onboarding Made Easy: We coordinate your onboarding essentials—like physicals and titers—so you can focus on patient care while we handle the details., • Clinical Support: Our in-house clinical team is here to answer questions, troubleshoot challenges, and advocate for you—every step of the way., • 401k Retirement Savings Plan: After a qualifying waiting period, employees are eligible for 401k.
