Were looking for aCaregiver Recruiting & Support Coordinator whos ready to own the recruitment pipeline and play a key role in supporting our operations and HR. What Youll Do Youll help drive caregiver recruitment while supporting daily operations, doing important work that makes a difference: • Manage the full caregiver recruiting process, screen, follow up, and move candidates forward., • Onboard new hires and make sure everythings completed and documented properly., • Maintain and track applicant flow in Hireology and other systems., • Coordinate schedules for interviews, orientations, and onboarding., • Support HR and Compliance with credential tracking, file follow-up, and caregiver check-ins., • Assist with quarterly caregiver and client satisfaction surveys., • Provide back-up support for scheduling and compliance as needed (approx. 30% of time)., • Keep things organized, documented, and moving forward, no micromanagement required.
