Job Description Alen Security is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead, mentor and coach our Sales Team and implement our sales strategy and execution for our next phase of our growth. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of B2B sales, preferably in security technology or commercial systems integration, and a proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Growth • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue growth, • Identify market expansion opportunities and establish sales goals aligned with company objectives., • Lead, mentor, and coach a sales team to exceed performance targets and build a culture of excellence., • Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent while fostering a team first approach with professional development and growth., • Maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and oversee strategic account development., • Champion a consultative, solution-based sales approach tailored to Facility Managers, IT Directors, and CTOs., • Implement scalable sales processes, including CRM optimization, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting., • Work closely with marketing to support lead generation, branding, and content tailored to the buyer’s journey. The ideal candidate will possess the following personality traits and leadership qualities: Required: • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role., • Demonstrated success in growing revenue in a B2B, technical sales environment., • Strong ability to lead, mentor, and coach sales teams toward high performance., • Expertise in selling to medium-sized corporations with distributed office locations., • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills., • Background in security technology, systems integration, or related industries., • Familiarity with access control, surveillance, and infrastructure projects., • Previous experience working with facility and IT decision-makers.Company DescriptionFor over 50 years, Alen Security has been a trusted provider of proven, reliable security, access control, and video surveillance systems.
