Job Summary: The Enterprise Security Sales Executive will sell integrated security solutions and guarding services to large organizations in retail, commercial real estate, healthcare, logistics, distribution, or national and global enterprises. This role will be responsible for the entire sales process, from identifying new opportunities to negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong enterprise security solutions sales background, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Duties and Responsibilities: • Track and forecast guarding service revenue in addition to integrated security solution revenue., • Support transitions of new guarding accounts by participating in kickoff meetings and ensuring post orders reflect the scope sold., • Collaborate with operations leadership to ensure guard service proposals align with staffing capabilities, scheduling, and regulatory/licensing requirements., • Develop and deliver combined proposals for integrated electronic security and guard service programs tailored to client environments., • Present and demonstrate the value of SafeTouch guard services, including deployment models, supervision structure, and technology-enabled guard solutions., • Conduct comprehensive security assessments to determine client needs related to physical guarding, staffing levels, and risk mitigation strategies., • Develop and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned vertical for contract security officer services, including armed and unarmed guards, mobile patrol, and special event security solutions., • Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base., • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries., • Present and demonstrate our integrated security solutions to potential clients., • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and after-sales follow-up., • Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions to meet specific client needs., • Maintain a strong and up-to-date understanding of integrated security solutions. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs., • Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients., • Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals successfully., • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities., • Work closely with other internal teams and partners to ensure a seamless customer experience., • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to SafeTouch leadership., • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and other relevant customer information on shared drives and software applications., • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required., • Perform additional duties as required to support business needs. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience., • Minimum of five years of sales experience, preferably in contract security guard services or within a licensed private security company., • Develop and execute comprehensive business marketing plans that drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue attainment., • Proficiency with MS Office Suite. HubSpot experience is preferred., • Understanding of security officer operations, including scheduling, supervision, training requirements, and regulatory/licensing compliance., • Conduct onsite security surveys and translate findings into guard deployment recommendations., • Familiarity with guard service pricing models, including bill rates, wage structures, overtime, and margin analysis., • Proven success in achieving and exceeding B2B sales targets, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders at large organizations., • Applicable experience in retail, commercial real estate, healthcare, logistics, distribution, or multi-location businesses preferred., • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a self-motivated, results-driven approach and the ability to build lasting client and partner relationships., • Pass a drug screen and background check., • Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets insurance requirements., • Proof of personal vehicle insurance to include automobile liability and property damage coverage., • Reliable transportation. Physical Requirements: • Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions., • Stand, walk, or remain seated at a desk for extended periods., • Move equipment and materials up to 15 pounds., • Observe details at close range., • Handle products, take notes, operate technology, and present information., • Read documents and presentations using electronic devices and hard copy materials, while interacting with others., • Exchange accurate information in person, over the phone, in writing, and electronically., • Communicate clearly and articulately for presentations and interpersonal interactions., • Drive to work, client sites, and as business needs require., • Navigate uneven or slippery surfaces or both., • Safely ascend and descend stairs as needed., • Bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to take counts and measurements. Job Type: Full-time, exempt Work/Base Location: Remote within the United States, within a reasonable distance to a major airport.
