Job Description Job Title: PGV Technician – Chandler, AZ Pay Rate: • $17/hour – Day Shift, • $18/hour – Night Shift About the Role We’re seeking motivated and detail-oriented PGV Technicians to join our team supporting a large semiconductor manufacturer in Chandler, AZ. No previous experience is required—we will provide full training to the right candidate. PGV Technicians play a critical role in the wafer manufacturing process by moving products using a PGV (Personal Guided Vehicle) and assisting with setups during eFIT activities. You’ll follow detailed procedures, maintain high safety and quality standards, and work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities • Assist with setups and movement of wafer products during eFIT activities., • Transport FOUPs (Front Opening Unified Pods) to tools and stockers using a PGV., • Follow all PGV processes and procedures., • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area., • Follow verbal and written instructions accurately., • Perform repetitive tasks with high attention to detail., • Support team activities while managing individual responsibilities. Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required., • No previous experience required – training provided., • Must pass a pre-employment background check., • Basic math skills., • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail., • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (12-hour shifts)., • Ability to lift and transport up to 25 lbs; push carts with up to 50 lbs of force., • Flexible, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment., • FAB/cleanroom/manufacturing experience preferred but not required., • Proficient with computers (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email). Physical Demands & Work Environment • Constant walking and standing; occasional bending and twisting., • Work may require traveling between multiple buildings (up to ¼ mile)., • Work in a cleanroom environment, wearing required protective gear.
