Job Description Director of Financial Aid Role Dwight-Englewood School, the largest independent school in Bergen County, NJ, and a growing, vibrant, and diverse learning community in the New York City metro area, is seeking to fill a full-time Director of Financial Aid Role starting July 1, 2026. With soaring tuition in a hyper-competitive market, financial aid is an essential tool for achieving full enrollment. A Director of Financial Aid would be a strategic enrollment leader at D-E, overseeing financial aid administration to attract and retain great families. They would work closely with the CFO and Director of Enrollment to achieve enrollment and revenue goals. In addition to leading our financial aid process, policies, and communications, the Director of Financial Aid is a key recruiter and data specialist who will analyze enrollment and demographic trends, conduct interviews, lead tours, and represent D-E to internal and external communities.
