ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Camden, New Jersey. • Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist, • Discipline: Allied Health Professional, • Start Date: 09/15/2025, • Duration: 13 weeks, • 36 hours per week, • Shift: 12 hours, nights Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Critical Care Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment on a Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). The position requires a Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in adult critical care, pediatrics, and NICU (Level 2 Special Care Nursery) nursing. Candidates must be willing to float across multiple facilities as needed. Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality nursing care primarily to adult patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care., • Comfortably handle neonatal and pediatric patients, ensuring safety and well-being at all times., • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans., • Interact with patients and families to provide education and support., • Utilize EPIC for charting and documentation of patient care., • Float between the following hospitals based on staffing requirements: Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and OLOL., • Participate in orientation modules, including a Dysrhythmia test (must be taken on a PC). Qualifications: • Must hold an active New Jersey license (or compact state license) at the time of submission., • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care nursing or NICU within the last 12 months., • Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, RRT, or CRT preferred., • Previous charge nurse experience is a plus., • Strong capability to float to various units and hospitals as necessary., • Ability to work every other weekend and commit to working one winter and one summer holiday. Additional Requirements: • All candidates must be compliant with COVID-19 vaccination requirements and mandatory flu vaccinations, with allowances made for medical or religious exemptions., • A complete RTO (Requested Time Off) must be provided at the time of submission., • Interview availability should include a range of 3–5 days for consideration. Nurse Responsibilities: • Monitor telemetry patients as required, ensuring timely intervention and support., • Complete all assigned nursing modules during orientation, which are vital for effective role performance., • Perform additional duties as necessary to ensure compliance and quality of patient care.
