Job Description Main Function PNY is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales across the East Territory. This is a hands-on sales role for someone who can find new business, build strong customer and partner relationships, and convert opportunities into revenue. The right person will be comfortable prospecting, opening doors, developing a book of business, and managing existing accounts without waiting for leads to be handed to them. This role requires someone practical, commercially minded, and results-driven; a sales professional who can own the territory, understand where the opportunities are, and move deals forward. This person will work closely with channel partners, resellers, distributors, solution providers, system integrators, and customers throughout the East Territory to grow PNY’s presence and drive profitable revenue. Key Responsibilities • Own and grow sales within the East Territory, • Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities, • Proactively prospect, identify target accounts, and pursue new deals, • Develop a book of business through consistent outreach, relationship-building, and follow-up, • Grow existing accounts by identifying new opportunities, expanding relationships, and increasing revenue, • Build and expand relationships across key East Territory markets, including customers, resellers, distributors, solution providers, and system integrators, • Identify competitive opportunities where PNY can win new business, • Develop territory and account plans that are practical, actionable, and tied to revenue growth, • Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM updates, • Represent PNY in customer meetings, partner discussions, business reviews, and industry events, • Plan travel strategically across the territory to support customer meetings, partner engagement, business reviews, and new business development, • Work with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to support deals and remove roadblocks, • Share market feedback, pricing trends, competitive information, and customer needs with internal teams, • Communicate clearly with leadership on territory performance, deal activity, risks, and opportunities What Success Looks Like Within the first 6–12 months, a successful Regional Sales Manager will have: • Built a Real Pipeline, • Developed a strong pipeline of active opportunities through prospecting, partner engagement, and account development., • Opened New Doors, • Identified and engaged new customers, partners, and accounts that create meaningful revenue opportunities for PNY., • Grow the Book of Business, • Expanded existing relationships while also building new business across the territory., • Created a Clear Territory Rhythm, • Established a consistent approach to outreach, follow-up, forecasting, partner meetings, customer engagement, and deal progression., • Built Trust Through Follow-Through, • Earned credibility with customers, partners, and internal teams by being responsive, direct, reliable, and commercially focused., • Delivered Results, • Contributed measurable revenue growth, improved territory coverage, and created a stronger foundation for long-term sales success. Qualifications • 7–10+ years of sales experience, preferably within technology, hardware, IT solutions, consumer electronics, components, distribution, or a related industry, • Proven success in building and growing a territory or book of business, • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to prospect, open doors, and create new opportunities, • Experience growing existing accounts and expanding customer relationships, • Experience working with resellers, distributors, solution providers, system integrators, or channel partners, • Existing customer, reseller, distributor, or partner relationships within the East Territory are strongly preferred, • Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and deal progression, • Ability to identify customer needs and position practical solutions that create business value, • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, • Comfortable working cross-functionally to support customers, partners, and active deals, • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office, • Ability and willingness to travel within the East Territory, • Must reside within the East Territory, with preference for candidates located near a major East Coast market or travel hub, • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience Key Relationships Internal: Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance External: Customers, Resellers, Distributors, Solution Providers, System Integrators, Vendors Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
