We are seeking a licensed therapist. This position can be either fully in person (Campbell, CA) or hybrid with some remote work. We value flexibility in order for the job to work with your lifestyle. The ideal applicant will have 1-3 years of clinical experience and a current CA license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, PhD, PsyD). Bay Area Mental Health is a boutique group practice in Campbell, CA 95008. We are an established practice that focuses on treating trauma and PTSD, mood disorders, and substance abuse. We offer a full DBT Program, individual, couples, family, and group therapy as well as Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. We are a dedicated team of professionals who work collaboratively and are results-oriented. This job has a high degree of flexibility and will start part-time with the option to move to full-time if desired. Compensation: $70 - $85 hourly Responsibilities: • Provide supportive, individualized and confidential therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, • Facilitate group therapy (lots of options!), • Intake, assessment, treatment planning, termination/discharge responsibilities, • Maintain timely and accurate records/scheduling using practice software, • Engage in collaborative coordination of care with clients and support staff as needed, including collateral communication with psychiatrists, etc., • Attend clinical staff meetings and work as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team making decisions and recommendations regarding client care, • Maintain all legal and ethical requirements of the profession, • Be flexible and receptive to change as we are an expanding and growing clinic Qualifications: • Licensed psychotherapist in CA (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PhD, PsyD), • 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting, • Willing to work a minimum of 10 hours per week including some evening and weekend hours, • Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbout Company We are a boutique group therapy practice in Campbell, CA, specializing in helping complex clients transform their lives through collaborative care.
