QUALIFICATIONS: • Master’s Degree in Human Services, • Experience in working with individuals who have behavioral health issues, • Eligible to be licensed SPECIFIC DUTIES: • Provide individual, group and/or couples therapy for individuals, • Evaluate and assess the needs of assigned individuals, • Collect all pertinent information including demographic history, history of presenting problem, family background, testing evaluations, medical evaluation, etc., as indicated for ongoing treatment, • Ensure that delivery of clinical treatment is congruent with models and practices listed in job summary Minimal in nature.
