Therapist will also leverage clinical skills to provide mental health group psychoeducation, mental health training and/or related mental health outreach, engagement, and education services via special projects of the Center. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Provide individual, group and family therapy to clients. This includes assessment, testing, service plans, conducting services and evaluating results of service outcomes., • Perform clinical duties under the active supervision of an approved clinical supervisor., • Maintain clinical and administrative electronic records according to policies, procedures, and contract requirements., • Perform basic administrative tasks related to managing a caseload, including reporting to referral sources and monitoring client compliance with clinic attendance policy., • Participate in continuing education to develop and refine clinical knowledge and skills. Provide court testimony as needed. Provide clinical and mental health services (therapy, mental health education, consultation, and group work) through diverse grant and contract projects them., • Complete tasks and provide services informed by mental health background per specific parameters of grant or contract projects assigned, inclusive of content research, development, design, implementation, and outcome evaluation., • Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, inclusive of complementary, mind-body based groups, parenting groups, support groups for special populations, and professional resiliency groups, when indicated by parameters of assigned project., • Participate in weekly team meetings, weekly huddles, multi-disciplinary staffing's, weekly supervision with assigned supervisor, and related professional development activities., • Complete reporting and/or documentation on monthly and/or quarterly basis regarding clinical or mental health services delivered on assigned project (grant or contract)., • Actively participate in weekly supervision and all team or all staff meetings (team, multi-disciplinary team, all staff, etc.)
