This in-office position works a full-time 9 AM to 5 PM schedule every Monday through Friday, plus occasional nights and weekends as needed. No running leads or ride‑alongs! DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS? • 3+ years of in-home home improvement sales experience (bath, windows, roofing, remodeling, etc.), • Experience with one-call-close selling, • Experience leading or mentoring sales reps (formal management preferred, not required), • Familiarity with training frameworks like Grasso University, Dave Yoho, and other legacy one-call-close methodologies, • Positive, optimistic, and solution‑oriented, • Self‑motivated and driven by growth-for yourself, the team, and the company, • Empathetic coach with high standards and strong emotional intelligence, • Comfortable building systems while moving fast, • Integrity‑first leader who values trust and long‑term relationships, • Believes mindset is the key to success WHAT WILL YOU DO AS OUR HOME IMPROVEMENT SALES SUPERVISOR? Sales Leadership & Performance: • Lead, coach, and develop reps using a one-call-close process., • Set and uphold expectations for demos, close rates, average ticket, and CX., • Coach in real time through select appointment shadowing (no running leads)., • Review weekly KPIs and scorecards; celebrate wins, fix bottlenecks., • Recruit, interview, and hire top-tier in-home sales pros., • Build a scalable onboarding & training track., • Create clear career paths as we grow., • Coach on one-call-close frameworks, in‑home selling psychology, objection handling, pricing confidence, and trust-based selling., • Reinforce proven systems (e.g., Grasso University, Dave Yoho, and other legacy OCC methodologies)., • Partner with marketing, ops, and leadership to align expectations., • Ensure clean handoffs from sales to production., • Maintain CRM discipline and accurate reporting., • Continuously refine the sales process as we scale.
