Job Description Wurzak Hotel Group is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Housekeeping Department at our gorgeous property, HOME2 Suites Philadelphia Convention Center. This position will be responsible for daily supervision of the housekeeping staff, quality service, guest satisfaction and safety. Supervises cleaning and assists in administration of housekeeping services in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state and local regulations. We are looking for someone with personality, experience, and drive to contribute to the continued success of this luxury property. General Requirements • Supervise the Housekeeping staff. Ensure new associates are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to achieve job expectations. Evaluate the staff’s job performance, coach and counsel as necessary. Ensure all required training occurs including orientation, safety, fire, alcohol awareness, food handling and blood-borne pathogen. Ensure staff compliance with internal controls, policies, procedures, standards and regulations. Insist on a work environment that is free from harassment., • Perform and supervise the cleaning and inspection of the guest rooms, public areas and back of the house. Ensure compliance with proper cleaning techniques, procedures, brand standards and regulations. Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies., • Issue staff cleaning assignments including special requests, areas of concentration and deep cleaning., • Ensure maintenance problems are promptly reported to Engineering through proper channels., • Order supplies and maintain accurate inventory as assigned., • Respond to guest requests, concerns and problems to ensure guest satisfaction., • Log items into the Lost and Found and respond to inquiries regarding lost items. On time and at work when scheduled and in proper uniform., • Attend department meetings as scheduled., • Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Opportunity Overview This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader who is agile, flexible, and are passionate about Rhythms’ mission and vision. As a Field Sales Director, you will be leading a team of Territory Managers who have sales responsibility for IMCIVREE for the current indications and, upon expanded product indication, the team will have responsibility for IMCIVREE for all approved indications. Responsibilities and Duties • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as Marketing, Business Operations, Training, Market Access, Patient Support Services, Medical, Legal, and Compliance to understand the needs and priorities of the Rhythm organization., • Develop an effective business plan based on Marketing strategy and ensure effective implementation. Execute a compliant, tailored strategy by applying business analytics and marketplace knowledge., • Provide strategic customer insights to the commercial team to help develop solutions for physicians and patients., • Identify, develop, and cultivate relationships with key national and regional opinion leaders., • Foster a collaborative and accountable culture for the Territory Manager team., • Ensure accurate capture and reporting of data by collaborating on the customization of the CRM and drive the training of teams for appropriate data reporting., • Provide ongoing coaching, development, and oversight of the Territory Manager team to continuously improve skills and execute in achieving yearly objectives., • At least 12 years of pharmaceutical field sales experience, including at least 5 years of sales leadership, • Bachelor's degree required, • Rare disease experience strongly preferred and launch experience preferred, • Strong leadership skills in leading and inspiring high performing field teams, • Proven track record of executing strategic and tactical plans that have delivered strong commercial results, • Strong, proven performance management skills, • Self-motivated, highly energetic individual with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, • Strong organizational and operational skills, with attention to detail and sound business judgment, • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environment, • Strong critical thinking skills with a solution-oriented mindset More about Rhythm We are a dynamic and growing global team spanning more than a dozen countries.
