We are looking for someone who shares our passion for holistic wellness and has an interest and some experience in Bio Identical HRT – hormone replacement therapy as well as a love for helping our patients with their aesthetic needs. We are growing and seeking a hardworking, high energy Certified Physician Assistant or Registered Nurse Practitioner, with a passion for helping women and men look and feel their best. Candidate must be willing to train, learn and continue to grow with our team. Ideal candidate will have some experience with all aspects of our practice, but if not we are willing to train you. The Position: • Be a leader of the day-to-day activities of our growing practice., • Along with the Practice Manager, establish systems, long term treatment plans and protocols for all patients; both new to the practice and those already established., • Assist in managing surgical preoperative & postoperative care including direct patient communication via phone calls & emails., • Follow the brand driven customer service training to provide a truly unique experience to each and every client. The end goals of amazing outcomes, consistency, and an elevated level service will be achieved utilizing the process of assessment using diagnosis, collaboration with client on treatment goals, the treatment itself, post-treatment monitoring and evaluation under the supervision of the Physician., • Be an ambassador of the practice through outreach to local business and prospective, • Conduct client consults and treatment plans and educate clients on all offerings of HERA Health Care, • Leverage resources and tools provided by HERA Health care to enhance adoption of our branded experience, • Cross-sell procedures and products that complement treatments and enhance results, • Synergistically work with HERA Health Care management, ownership, and support team, • Comply with required protocols, requests and compliance policies, • Effectively utilize all IT systems to include but not limited to detailed charting and documentation of patient treatments and aesthetic procedures, • A quick learner with problem-solving and critical thinking skills - someone who takes the initiative to figure out what needs to be done through creativity and flexibility, • Customer-service oriented with ability to quickly establish rapport with patients, • Obsessively motivated, reliable, and resourceful, • Has an aptitude for or ability to quickly master communication around wellness and aesthetic procedures, • Superior organizational skills, follow-through skills and attention to detail Must-Haves: • Excellent customer service skills, • Outstanding phone and written and verbal communication skills, • Positive and upbeat personality, • Professional and mature demeanor with presentable appearance, • Well rounded- ability to quickly learn practice operations, technology, social media and other applicable duties, • Demonstrated leadership ability and team player mentality., • Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills., • Professional and compassionate bedside manner., • Commitment to learn and follow all company policies, procedures and embrace company culture, • Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients and staff members, • Work a flexible schedule as 1-2 days a week he/she might need to work past 6 PM, • Open to learning new techniques and procedures and brand language Salary: $65-85 hourly pay – annual salary $140-175K depending on experience and qualifications, 4 or 5 days a week work schedule (paid Bi-weekly) *Benefits Package: • Monthly Bonus based on KPI goals being met according to company policy, • $200/month in products and service, • Sponsored coverage for medical benefits PPO medical, dental and vision, • 2 weeks paid vacation to grow to 3 weeks after 2 years, • 1 week paid sick time, • 9 paid Holidays, • 401K matching contribution up to 4%, • ***Full sponsorship to one educational seminar per year including travel & expenses capped at $2500 annually after 12 months of employment, • *Eligible post 90-day probationary review
