Job Description WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO Architect AI Tools • Lead the end-to-end design and development of AI-powered internal applications that improve operational efficiency across departments., • Translate complex, ambiguous business needs into scalable, maintainable systems used daily by internal teams., • Architect and implement LLM-powered features using advanced patterns including: RAG pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, function calling, embeddings, and more, • Evaluate emerging AI frameworks and make sound decisions about when and how to adopt them, • Design and maintain production-grade REST/GraphQL APIs and front-end experiences using JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks, • Own database architecture and performance: PostgreSQL/Supabase, SQL tuning, caching strategies, and vector stores (Pinecone, pgvector, or similar), • Set engineering standards and mentor teammates on best practices, architecture decisions, and AI integration patterns, • Lead code reviews and contribute to a culture of quality, speed, and continuous improvement WHAT YOU BRING • Significant hands-on work in AI/LLM integration, • Deep proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend framework (Node.js, FastAPI, or Next.js), • Proven experience architecting and shipping LLM-powered systems (RAG, embeddings, multi-agent orchestration, function calling), • Strong command of relational databases, query optimization, and caching strategies (PostgreSQL preferred), • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, or similar), • Solid DevOps fundamentals: CI/CD pipelines, environment management, observability, and production scaling., • Familiarity with TypeScript + tRPC, Next.js App Router, or Drizzle ORM, • Experience using Claude Code or Cursor for AI-assisted development workflows, • Prior experience building internal tooling or automation platforms at scale, • Background working in a high-growth or startup-style environment, • Comfortable working in ambiguity and driving projects forward independently WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE • Competitive compensation with bonus potential, • Hybrid flexibility: Fridays remote, • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, • 401(k) with company match, • Generous PTO and paid holidays, • High ownership and visibility — your architectural decisions will shape how Cydcor uses AI for years to come, • A culture that values innovation, autonomy, and impact ABOUT CYDCOR Cydcor is a leader in outsourced sales, partnering with Fortune 500 and emerging companies to drive customer acquisition and growth.
