Job Description The Bartender will shape the guest experience through excellent service, product knowledge, and engaging hospitality. Your ability to craft beverages, manage bar operations, and create a welcoming atmosphere directly impacts guest satisfaction, food and beverage revenue, and brand reputation. HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE • Prepare cocktails and mixed drinks by combining liquor, mixers, bitters, and other ingredients according to recipes and guest requests., • Serve wine, draft and bottled beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and food in a timely and professional manner., • Process guest payments and accurately collect and reconcile cash and other forms of payment., • Order, requisition, stock, and replenish liquor, beverages, mixers, glassware, garnishes, and guest supplies., • Maintain an organized and visually appealing bar by arranging bottled goods, glassware, and displays., • Clean and sanitize glassware, bar surfaces, and equipment to maintain health and safety standards., • Prepare garnishes and bar accompaniments, including slicing fruit and assembling items such as pickles, cheeses, and cold meats., • Greet guests promptly with a friendly, welcoming demeanor and provide attentive service throughout their experience., • When serving in a lead role, oversee assigned associates, delegate work, and ensure responsibilities are completed in the Supervisor's absence., • Other duties as assigned.
