What You’ll Do: As the Housekeeper at Alsana, you will assist with maintaining the facility in a clean and safe manner. • Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, and other work areas so that health standards are met., • Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaners and/or shampooers., • Empties wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transports other trash and waste to disposal areas., • Carries linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies., • Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and/or polishes floors, using brooms, mops, and/or powered scrubbing and waxing machines., • Dust and polishes furniture and equipment., • Keeps storage areas are well stocked, clean, and tidy., • Washes windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary., • Requests repair services when needed and turns mattresses as needed., • Observes precautions required to protect clients and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors.
