In this RN Field Clinical Care Manager role, you will be an essential element of an Integrated Care Model by relaying the pertinent information about the member needs and advocating for the best possible care available, and ensuring they have the right services to meet their needs. SANY encompasses four charter schools in New York state: The Syracuse Academy of Science, The Utica Academy of Science, The Citizenship & Science Academy of Syracuse, and The Citizenship & Science Academy of Rochester. We serve 3,200 students in our schools and have a waiting list of over 2,000 students. In all K-12 levels, SANY promotes real-world problem solving & exploration in science and mathematics, interactive engagement and collaborative problem-solving opportunities, field trips to environmentally friendly locations and science museums, and regular classroom technology use.
