Supervision Receives general supervision from the IT Supervisor. The Position and Job Summary Serves as a Lead and a first point of escalation to the IT Support Team members. Provide technical support as well as help to resolve complex technical issues over the phone, via email and in person to resolve issues involving applications, computer hardware, printers, mobile devices, RingCentral functionality troubleshooting, VPN, and network access while focusing on customer service.
