Job Description Beast Mode Truckin is hiring Class A CDL regional drivers. This role is suitable for recent CDL graduates and experienced drivers seeking predictable regional lanes. The position provides structured over‑the‑road (OTR) training with a dedicated trainer, paid orientation, paid training/mentorship for new graduates, and a full benefits package after 30 days. Drivers will operate 100% no‑touch dry van freight (primarily drop‑and‑hook) on Eastern Seaboard regional routes. Compensation & benefits • Target weekly pay: $1,200–$1,400 (varies by experience and mileage), • Per‑mile pay: $0.55–$0.65 (based on verified experience), • $15 per stop pay, • Trainee pay: $650+ per week for drivers with under six months of OTR experience (typical training 4–6 weeks), • Monthly safety bonus: $0.06 per mile for incident‑free performance and meeting fuel efficiency targets, • Paid orientation: $300 (one day at nearest hub), • Freight: 100% no‑touch dry van (primarily drop‑and‑hook), • Operating lanes: Eastern Seaboard regional routes, • Average weekly mileage: approximately 2,500 miles, • Schedule: bi‑weekly home time (typical cycle: out ~12 days, home ~2), • Training: 4–6 weeks with a dedicated trainer for drivers with under six months of OTR experience, • Minimum age: 21 years, • Valid Class A CDL, • Recent CDL graduates: graduation from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction, • Clean driving record with no major accidents, suspensions, or major violations within the past five years, • No DUI convictions within the past five years, • Certain criminal convictions may disqualify; records reviewed in accordance with regulatory requirements, • No involuntary termination from most recent employment, • Stable employment history consistent with industry standards (reasonable gaps for training or education will be considered), • Safety‑focused, punctual, and reliable professionals, • Comfortable with regional OTR schedules and bi‑weekly home time, • Strong time management and professional communication skills, • Paid training, mentorship, and predictable no‑touch freight help new graduates transition to OTR driving while experienced drivers benefit from consistent lanes and home time., • All offers are contingent on meeting company and regulatory screening requirements.
