The Medical Scribe will work alongside physicians and healthcare providers to document patient encounters in real-time, allowing providers to focus more on direct patient care. Key Responsibilities: * Accurately document patient history, physical exam findings, procedures, and diagnostic test results as dictated by the provider. * Enter patient information into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in a timely and efficient manner. * Assist in preparing charts for upcoming patient visits. * Ensure completeness and accuracy of medical records. * Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. * Perform clerical duties as needed (e.g., managing paperwork, locating test results).
