Critical Roles of the Position: De-Escalation: Monitor and identify potential conflicts or disturbances among event attendees, taking proactive steps to de-escalate tense situations. Coordinate with event management and law enforcement if situations require further intervention. Document any incidents involving de-escalation for reporting purposes.
