Job Summary: The Enterprise Security Sales Executive will sell integrated security solutions and guarding services to state and local governments and educational institutions, including K–12 school districts, colleges, and universities. This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from identifying new public-sector and education opportunities to negotiating contracts and supporting awarded programs. The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise security solutions experience selling to government entities and educational institutions, a working knowledge of public procurement processes, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Duties and Responsibilities: • Track and forecast guarding service revenue in addition to integrated security solution revenue within assigned government and education accounts., • Support transitions of newly awarded public-sector and educational guarding accounts by participating in kickoff meetings and ensuring post orders accurately reflect the contracted scope of work., • Collaborate with operations leadership to ensure guard service proposals align with staffing capabilities, scheduling requirements, union considerations (where applicable), and regulatory/licensing standards., • Develop and deliver combined proposals for integrated electronic security and guard service programs tailored to government facilities, school campuses, and higher-education environments., • Present and demonstrate the value of SafeTouch guard services, including deployment models, supervision structure, and technology-enabled guard solutions designed for public and educational settings., • Conduct comprehensive security assessments to determine client needs related to physical guarding, campus safety, staffing levels, and risk mitigation strategies., • Develop and pursue new business opportunities within the state and local government and education vertical for contract security officer services, including armed and unarmed guards, mobile patrol, and special event or campus security solutions., • Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within assigned public-sector and educational territories., • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including procurement officials, administrators, facilities leadership, and campus safety teams., • Present and demonstrate integrated security solutions to prospective government and educational clients., • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and during post-award follow-up., • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to customize solutions to meet agency, district, or campus-specific requirements., • Maintain a strong and current understanding of integrated security solutions, public-sector security needs, and education safety trends through ongoing market research., • Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and responses to RFPs, RFQs, and other formal solicitation processes., • Negotiate terms and conditions to successfully close sales deals in compliance with public-sector contracting standards., • Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing requirements, and applicable government and education regulations in all sales activities., • Work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure a seamless customer experience from award through implementation., • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to SafeTouch leadership., • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer information using shared drives and CRM software., • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and relevant government or education industry events as required., • Perform additional duties as required to support business needs. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience., • Minimum of five years of successful sales experience selling to state and local governments and/or educational institutions, preferably in contract security guard services or within a licensed private security company., • Experience developing and executing business and marketing plans that drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue attainment within public-sector or education markets., • Proficiency with MS Office Suite; HubSpot experience preferred., • Understanding of security officer operations, including scheduling, supervision, training requirements, and regulatory/licensing compliance., • Ability to conduct onsite security surveys at government facilities or educational campuses and translate findings into guard deployment recommendations., • Familiarity with guard service pricing models, including bill rates, wage structures, overtime, and margin analysis., • Proven success in achieving and exceeding B2B sales targets, with the ability to engage effectively with senior administrators, procurement leaders, and executive stakeholders., • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to build long-term client relationships., • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check., • Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets insurance requirements., • Proof of personal vehicle insurance, including automobile liability and property damage coverage., • Reliable transportation. Physical Requirements: • Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions., • Stand, walk, or remain seated at a desk for extended periods., • Move equipment and materials up to 15 pounds., • Observe details at close range., • Handle products, take notes, operate technology, and present information., • Read documents and presentations using electronic devices and hard copy materials, while interacting with others., • Exchange accurate information in person, over the phone, in writing, and electronically., • Communicate clearly and articulately for presentations and interpersonal interactions., • Drive to work, client sites, and as business needs require., • Navigate uneven or slippery surfaces or both., • Safely ascend and descend stairs as needed., • Bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to take counts and measurements. Job Type: Full-time, exempt Work/Base Location: Remote within the United States, within a reasonable distance to a major airport.
