As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading technology location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting visible patrolling throughout designated areas. Your role includes routine patrols, monitoring activity, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone onsite. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. You will act as a key point of contact, supporting access control measures while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.88 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 06:30 PMSun06:00 AM - 06:30 PM What You'll Do: • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites, • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education, • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams, • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service, • Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, supporting a positive experience for employees and visitors., • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating situations when necessary in accordance with established protocols., • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the technology-focused location and around its perimeter, observing for any suspicious activity and reporting concerns as needed., • Assist in helping to deter unauthorized access and/or unwanted activity by maintaining a visible presence throughout the location., • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members., • Participate in emergency response activities, following established protocols to address situations as they arise., • Availability across various days and shifts, • Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments, • A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company, • At least one year of security-related experience is required., • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements., • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles., • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent., • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws., • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws., • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law., • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment., • Flexible Scheduling: Choose from a variety of open shifts that align with your availability and lifestyle., • Career Growth: Clear path to full-time roles and ongoing advancement through paid training programs., • Smart Tools: Access exclusive technology for real-time shift visibility and claiming., • Full-Time Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k) plans, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.
