We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator who has worked directly for a commercial roofing contractor and understands the importance of accuracy, collaboration, and detail-driven estimating. Position Summary The Commercial Roofing Senior Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for new construction and replacement roofing projects across a variety of commercial roof systems. This role works closely with Project Managers, Sales, and Operations to ensure scopes, pricing, and proposals are complete, precise, and executable. This position requires strong technical knowledge of commercial roofing systems, excellent computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple bids while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
