Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Senior Owner's Authorized Representative to join our team. This critical role is responsible for representing the owner's interests on a variety of construction projects, ranging from residential to commercial and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects, liaising with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring all project goals are met within the agreed timelines and budgets. Responsibilities: As a Senior Owner's Authorized Representative, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities: 1. Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation, ensuring that all project objectives are met., 2. Act as the primary liaison between the owner and the project team, including contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders., 3. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and devise strategies to mitigate risks., 4. Review and approve project plans, specifications, and designs, ensuring they align with the owner's vision and requirements., 5. Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability., 6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards., 7. Negotiate contracts and agreements with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders., 8. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, provide regular project updates, and maintain clear and effective communication with all parties involved., 9. Implement quality control procedures and ensure the highest standards of workmanship and safety are maintained., 10. Resolve disputes and conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry., 2. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field., 3. Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion., 4. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations., 5. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills., 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders., 7. Proficiency in project management software and tools., 8. Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines., 9. Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is an asset., 10. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
