Job DescriptionDescription: Leading Freight Forwarder / NVOCC/ Customs House Broker/Tank Container Operator, with locations in 24 countries and over 3300 employees strong is seeking a Sales Account Executive to be based out of its Jersey City Office. This position offers an exceptional opportunity. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To: • Establish target portfolio with team leader or Local Head of Sales, • Engage the target accounts, making face-to-face sales call appointments whenever possible, meeting virtually otherwise, • Present Leschaco company overview, products and service information, our USPs and Value propositions, • Actively participates in sales campaigns, • Identify specific customer needs and requirements, • Complete the customer registration process from start to finish, • Complete the credit application/ approval process, • Provide commercial support during business implementations and trials for all products, • Ensure regular, timely and complete updates of tariffs/ pricing sheets, • Assist with customer approved vendor documentation, • Introduce Leschaco management to applicable customer feedback to assist in vendor qualification and selection, • Provides commercial feedback for pricing/ rate negotiation with vendors, • Customer centricity, • Analytical and strategic thinking, • Strong Commercial skills, • Business acumen, • High Negotiation skills, • Relationship building, • Problem solving and solution orientation, • Vertical Specific Expertise and NetworkingRequirements:, • Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales in the logistics industry, • Bachelor's Degree in business, logistics or related field is a plus, • Must exemplify professionalism and leadership qualities with strong organizational and time management skills, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Competitive Salary, • Car Allowance, • Commission/Bonus, • Medical, Dental, Vision, • Flexible Spending Account (Medical and Dependent Care), • 401(k) with company match, • Company paid Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability, • 9 Paid Holidays plus PTO and Sick Leave, • Voluntary Time Off, • Employee Assistance Program, • Tuition Reimbursement, • Employee Referral Program Background check required.
