Job Description Job Overview Del Rey Yacht Club is seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead all dining, bar, banquet, and food retail operations. This senior leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional member and guest experiences while driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and team development. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who thrives in a high-end hospitality environment and is passionate about building strong teams, optimizing performance, and maintaining top-tier service standards. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy • Drive the Club’s food & beverage vision and performance objectives, • Develop and execute short- and long-term business plans, • Lead organizational initiatives while maintaining operational stability, • Own full P&L responsibility for all F&B operations, • Drive revenue growth, cost control, and profitability, • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, • Oversee restaurant, bar, catering, banquet, and retail operations, • Maintain high-end (4-star level) service and quality standards, • Implement systems to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction, • Lead and develop managers, supervisors, and a team of 20+ employees, • Drive recruitment, training, and succession planning, • Foster a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement, • Deliver exceptional hospitality experiences for members and guests, • Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and service, • Respond to feedback and continuously enhance service offerings, • Utilize POS, scheduling, and inventory systems effectively, • Leverage data and reporting tools for decision-making Experience • 10+ years in food & beverage or hospitality operations, • 6+ years in senior leadership roles, • Experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or equivalent, • Proven success managing multi-outlet operations ($1M+ revenue), • Strong P&L management experience, • High-end restaurant group or 4-star hotel experience, • Multi-functional food service operations (restaurant, bar, events, retail), • Strong leadership and team development capabilities, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Financial and analytical expertise, • Strategic mindset with operational focus, • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus), • Experience with hospitality systems (POS, ERP, scheduling tools) What We’re Looking For A results-driven hospitality leader who combines exceptional service standards with strong business acumen.
