Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Production Manager to support the VP of Production in overseeing the manufacturing process. This role is ideal for someone with prior production or supply chain experience who is ready to take on a hands-on, growth-oriented position. You will assist in organizing workflows, monitoring quality and timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of production procedures, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: * Support the VP of Production in daily planning, scheduling, and coordination of manufacturing activities * Collaborate with other departments to align production goals with business objectives * Assist in organizing production workflow to meet product specifications, deadlines, and volume targets * Monitor production schedules and flag delays or issues to ensure timely resolution * Help track raw material usage, factory deposits, and vendor payments in coordination with the finance team * Liaise with third-party testing labs for product testing, reports, and compliance documentation * Gather and maintain accurate data on production metrics and assist in generating reports for senior management * Conduct quality checks alongside the QA team and ensure adherence to standards * Provide administrative support including documentation, data entry, and vendor communication * Maintain strong relationships with factory partners, both domestic and overseas Qualifications: * 1–3 years of experience in production, operations, or a related field * Mandarin-speaking highly preferred * Familiarity with production workflows and manufacturing timelines * Understanding of quality control standards and testing requirements * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Proficient in Microsoft Office and database tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Team player with a willingness to learn and grow into greater responsibility Preferred Traits: * Background in consumer goods, electronics, toys, or similar industries * Experience working with overseas factories or vendors * Familiarity with supply chain logistics or ERP systems Company DescriptionDGL Group is a leading manufacturer and distributor of electric rideables (electric hoverboards, scooters, bikes) consumer electronics, and Health & Beauty products.
