Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Management Specialist to support day-to-day operations in a high-volume IT warehouse/depot environment. This role involves handling, tracking, and managing IT assets such as laptops, desktops, and peripherals, ensuring accurate inventory control, and supporting deployment and distribution activities across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage shipping and receiving of IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, monitors, and accessories, • Maintain accurate inventory records, asset tracking, and stock levels using inventory management systems, • Assist with staging, unboxing, labeling, and organizing large volumes of IT equipment, • Support device deployment activities, including basic imaging and post-imaging tasks (PXE, Intune, SCCM), • Coordinate shipments to various locations and track deliveries and returns, • Work closely with IT support teams for asset allocation and refresh projects, • Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies, • Ensure proper handling, storage, and packaging of IT assets, • Assist in maintaining warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards, • More than 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or IT asset management, • Basic understanding of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, peripherals), • Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and tools, • Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 40–50 lbs), • Strong organizational and time management skills, • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory, • Experience working in an IT warehouse or depot environment, • Exposure to imaging tools such as PXE, SCCM, or Intune, • Warehouse/depot setting with high-volume equipment handling, • Fast-paced environment EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
