Job Description We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not currently able to sponsor work visas. This position requires the candidate to be available to work in-person in our Atlanta office (3 days per week, with flexibility as needed). The Product Owner – Reporting & Data is a pivotal role responsible for owning and evolving the data, reporting, and analytics experiences within the AMP point-of-sale and marketing platform. This role partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and customers to define standard reports, dashboards, and visualizations, while also engaging directly with customers on custom reporting and insights requests. The ideal candidate has experience working with data-driven products, understands how customers consume and act on insights, and can translate business questions into clear reporting requirements and backlog items. This individual brings strong Agile product ownership skills, excellent communication, and comfort working in ambiguity across data, reporting, and customer-facing use cases. What You’ll Do… • Own the reporting and analytics product area within AMP, including standard reports, dashboards, and visualizations, • Partner with Product Management to understand vision and strategy, then translate reporting and data needs into a prioritized backlog, • Define and evolve a core set of standard reports that serve common customer use cases (operations, revenue, memberships, marketing, etc.), • Engage with customers, Customer Success, and Support on custom reporting requests, helping balance bespoke needs with scalable product solutions, • Write clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for reporting and data-related features, • Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to ensure reporting solutions are accurate, performant, and trustworthy, • Help teams understand the business context and customer intent behind data and reporting requirements, • Track metrics related to reporting adoption, usage, and customer value, • Maintain data integrity, completeness, and accuracy in tools used for work tracking and reporting, • Raise risks or dependencies related to data availability, data quality, or reporting complexity, • Promote shared ownership of sprint goals and story completion Required • 5+ years of professional Product Owner or similar experience, • Experience working on data-driven products, reporting, analytics, or insights-focused features, • Strong communication skills — able to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable requirements, • Strong, practical understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, • Experience leading initiatives across cross-functional and matrixed teams, • Comfort engaging with customers or internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and priorities, • Highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about delivering customer value, • Structured in planning, prioritization, and coordination, • Familiarity with Sigma or other modern reporting / BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau), • Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, and AzureDevOps, • Experience in defining self-service reporting experiences for customers, • Understanding of data concepts such as metrics, dimensions, filters, aggregations, and data quality considerations, • Ability to balance custom customer requests with scalable, repeatable product solutions We have one of the most supportive and sustainable cultures anywhere.
