Completed degree from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Verification of education and licensure will be required if selected for hire. This position is responsible for coordinating and/or scheduling financial consultation appointments, collecting payments from walk-ins, obtaining insurance information, prescreening clients for self-pay, insurance or Medicaid program, and providing outstanding customer service. Calls insurance companies to verify benefits when necessary., 23. Backs up the reception office and also a backup for admissions department when needed., 24. Works with Operation Director on Data Collection and Analysis Projects., 25. Has completed assigned Relias training, 26. Opens or closes building according to procedures posted., 27.
