Human Resources Generalist - Leave Administration We're seeking an experienced with a strong background in to join a fastpaced, collaborative HR team. This role plays a critical part in supporting a large employee population by ensuring compliance, providing expert guidance, and delivering highquality employee support across multiple HR functions. What You'll Do In this handson role, you'll manage complex leave programs while also contributing broadly across HR operations and employee relations. • Manage Leave of Absence programs for 1,800+ employees, including application, participation, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance, • Serve as a subjectmatter expert on leaverelated laws and regulations such as FMLA, CFRA, PDL, USERRA, Workers' Compensation, and OSHA, • Administer and monitor workers' compensation cases, including documentation, reporting, and ongoing case management, • Partner with insurance carriers, clinics, and vendors related to injury evaluations and claims, • Cochair the companywide safety committee and ensure OSHA requirements and trainings are met, • Attend and document legal proceedings related to workers' compensation and leave claims, • Coordinate ergonomic evaluations for officebased and remote employees, • Provide guidance on HR policies, employment law compliance, and best practices, • Support employee relations efforts, including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management, • Assist with HR policy development, updates, and continuous process improvement, • Support payroll administration activities such as time collection, accruals, benefit allocations, and wage garnishments, • Collaborate with leadership to develop and enhance employee support initiatives, • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience), • 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience with a strong focus on Leave Administration and Workers' Compensation, • Experience supporting a workforce of 500*+* employees, • Prior supervisory or management experience preferred, • Extensive knowledge of federal and state employment laws (OSHA, ADA, EEO, Workers' Comp, employment law, benefits, and employee relations), • Strong organizational, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Highimpact position supporting a large, diverse employee population, • Opportunity to own and improve critical HR programs, • Collaborative, handson environment with strong leadership visibility We're partners in transformation.
