We are currently in a very exciting place in our growth and looking for the right individual to join our team who will assist us, and our independent franchise owner(s) network, in continuing to surpass our wildest expectations. About the Role The Marketing Director is responsible for overseeing the organizations brand strategy and storytelling across digital and traditional marketing channels, ensuring a strong and consistent presence at various levels. What Youll Do • Lead and manage the marketing department, including team members and agencies, • Assist in developing and fully execute brand strategy, messaging, and visual identity, • Maintain consistent brand standards across all markets and materials, • Oversee digital marketing efforts: PPC, SEO, LSA, multiple social platofrms, retargeting, and website strategy, • Manage website UX, content, structure, and location-level optimization, • Manage creation of branded artwork, promotional campaigns, communications, seasonal strategies, and customer targeting and retargeting, • Develop and manage PR efforts, including press releases, media inquiries, and public-facing communications, • Analyze data to improve lead generation, conversion, and marketing performance, • Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and ROI tracking, • Implement marketing technologies to improve scalability and automation What Were Looking For Required: • 10+ years of marketing leadership, including 5+ years in franchise marketing, • Experience in franchised home services, home improvement, construction, or related industries, • Proven success leading multi-location marketing programs, • Strong track record in digital lead generation and brand development, • Experience managing teams, vendors, and complex marketing operations, • Strong understanding of franchising and brand governance Preferred: • Experience supporting 50+ franchise locations from a corporate office, • Experience with CRM systems, SEO/SEM tools, LSA management, and marketing automation, • Experience modernizing or repositioning an established brand, • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus) Key Strengths • Confident leader and strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability, • Data-driven decision maker, • Strong communicator with a keen eye for design, • Detail oriented, organized, efficient, and results-focused, • Passion for brand growth and customer experience Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary, • Health, dental, and vision benefits, • Unlimited PTO and paid holidays, • 401k Matching, • Flexible Schedule - Open to Remote/Hybrid for Exceptionally Qualified Candidate, • Growth opportunities within a scaling organization How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your franchise marketing experience and leadership background. **Please note the company is not accepting referrals or partnerhip with recruiters, headhunters, placement services, etc. All candidates must be eligible for work as a full-time staff member in the United States.
