Reefer Mechanic - Refrigeration Technician

Job Responsibilities: - Diagnose, repair, and maintain Thermo King and Carrier refrigerat/gn units on reefer trucks, trailers, and containers. - Perform scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting for single-temp and multi-temp refrigeration systems. - Use diagnostic tools and software to identify issues and ensure proper system performance. - Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards. - Work independently or as part of a team to complete repairs efficiently. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Reefer Mechanic. - Hands-on experience with Thermo King and Carrier refrigeration units. - Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems. - Ability to read schematics and diagnose issues using diagnostic tools. Must have own tools (preferred but not required). - Valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred but not required. • Ability to work independently in a field-based role. • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus. • Access to reliable transportation to navigate assigned areas.
