Job DescriptionOffice Maintenance Technician (Corporate Office) Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex Schedule: Full-time, on-site | Flexible hours (M-F: 7-4, 8-5, or 9-6) Pay Rate: $26.00-$29.00/hour (non-exempt) Overtime: Intermittent, planned in advance, project-driven Position Overview A well-established corporate organization is seeking an Office Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance and operations of a large corporate office environment. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, professional, and efficient workplace for office employees, including frequent interaction with corporate staff and executives. A professional presence and comfort working with people are essential. This is a full-time, on-site, hourly position supporting an approximately 85,000 sq. ft., two-story office footprint within a larger portfolio. The role is supported by a detailed preventative maintenance program and structured processes, with room for fresh perspective and continuous improvement. The position also serves as part of the emergency response team.
