Job Description We are seeking a creative and organized Communications Coordinator to manage all community communications. This role is responsible for producing high-quality content for our monthly magazine, website, email newsletters, app alerts, and social media. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor with design and digital skills, capable of building community engagement through clear, consistent messaging. Key Responsibilities: * Create and manage content for print, web, email, and app notifications * Develop and maintain an annual editorial calendar * Attend and photograph community events; write event recaps * Support HOA committees and leadership with internal and external messaging * Update and manage the community website and assist residents with access * Monitor communication analytics and suggest improvements * Coordinate with vendors, staff, and committees Qualifications: * Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) * Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and website CMS (WordPress preferred) * Familiarity with web content, email marketing, and social media platforms * Organized, collaborative, and responsive to deadlines and feedback * HOA experience is a plus What we offer CMA strives to provide competitive compensation and a benefits program that truly invests in our team!
