Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: • Assists with the calibration and testing of the recording and controlling instruments and test equipment used., • Ensures systems and components meet established specifications., • Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular product., • Follows instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job., • Works under immediate supervision of Team Lead or Supervisor., • Enters data for quantities of product issued and transferred among locations, inventory and cycle count adjustments into computer database., • Receives and issues finished goods into computer database., • Troubleshoots quantity discrepancies with manufacturing and internal customers., • Records and monitors all items with shelf-life daily and notify appropriate personnel when material has expired., • Prepares monthly reports for cycle count and pick-lists count for monthly highlights., • Prepares and participates in yearly physical inventory., • Performs other work-related duties as assigned. Qualifications • Minimum of 1 year Inventory Control experience., • Demonstrated ability to use test equipment., • Strong computer skills; must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite., • Works well with other team members., • Must be computer literate., • Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy., • Ability to properly handle confidential information and records., • Ability to analyze information gathered in order to identify potential problems or discrepancies.
