Job Description This position is primarily responsible for maintaining front desk operations, serving as the first point of contact in reception for youth, families and adults accessing treatment and other supportive services, operating a multi-line telephone system directing callers to appropriate personnel and treatment/recovery departments, assuring proper direction and registering of participants as well as accepting payments for services rendered. The Receptionist II reports directly to the VP of HR & Technology. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Greets participants and all visitors, ascertaining purpose of visit and directing them accordingly., • Answers and screens incoming calls in a professional manner while providing assistance and obtaining accurate information., • Triages calls for clinic staff., • Provides callers and visitors with traveling directions and organizational information for accessing treatment options., • Monitors the waiting rooms to ensure the safety and progression of appointments is maintained., • Uses the electronic health record to check participants in., • Collects, records, tracks and monitors payments and provides receipts., • Manages MetroCard state reimbursement account for treatment participants., • Provides administrative and clerical support, including but not limited to, photocopying, faxing correspondence, creating letters to external sources, updating forms, stamping/mailing letters, ordering supplies and any other duties required by clinic, supervisory and executive staff., • Follows and adheres to state, local, federal and agency confidentiality policies and procedures protecting the confidentiality of participant protected health care information and ensures all transactions are conducted with respect and promotes the participant’s privacy., • Provides culturally competent services in accordance with Elmcor’s policies and procedures. Accountable for ensuring compliance of assigned caseload with respect to ACS, OCFS and state overseers policy and regulations. • Carry clinical and administrative supervisory responsibilities for 1 MST-FIT teams of 2 therapists, • Conduct weekly group supervision and training for MST team to assure adherence to MST principles and the MST analytic process, and to assure clinician competency in implementation of interventions, • Conduct individual supervision as needed to target clinician competency needs and to remove individual barriers to effective implementation of MST treatment., • Assure availability of clinical and administrative support to clinicians 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, • Collaborate with stakeholders, both external in the community and within the provider agency, • Promote and educate about MST with both internal and external stakeholders, • Generate and manage case referrals and manage clinician caseloads, • Collaborate actively with MST Expert around implementation of MST by the program, and to ensure continued development of own clinical skills and knowledge of relevant research, • Participate in weekly interdisciplinary Treatment team meetings, case conferences, department meetings and program events., • Manage and report data on clinical outcomes and program practices, • Comfort working with a diverse community of clients, • Knowledge of the types of families in the community, • Continuously work to engage the primary caregiver, family members, supports, and community agency staff (school, outpatient mental health providers, residential case planners and line staff, child welfare, community stakeholders) in change-oriented treatment., • Dedicate time to weekly case planning and evaluation of case progress, with ongoing support from your supervisor and team members., • Receive regular training, professional development, supervision, and consultation activities designed to help you acquire extensive clinical skills within the MST treatment model., • Assure, along with fellow clinicians, that clients have access to 24 hours/day, 7 days/week support as needed., • Other duties as assigned.Salary Range:$52,000.00 To $57,000.00 Annually EBA’s mission is to support families and strengthen communities through the high-quality implementation of evidence-based programs (EBPs). In this full-time role, you will be accountable for the growth, quality, and success of the assigned after-school program operation, its students, and staff.
