The Role As a Congress Strategy Lead (Healthcare) at Impact XM, you’ll act as a thinker, writer, doer, problem-solver, and strategic partner. You’ll shape early strategy, brief creative teams, frame experience narratives, and translate science into experiences that are memorable, understandable, and actionable. You’ll also work with analytics teams to interpret engagement data, extract insights, and optimize experiences across congresses, events, and omnichannel programs. What You’ll Do • Develop insight-led strategy for healthcare congresses, HCP engagement programs, and integrated brand experiences., • Translate scientific, medical, and business objectives into clear strategic direction for experience design, content, and engagement priorities., • Apply deep understanding of congress dynamics—audience behavior, attention patterns, and decision-making—to craft meaningful experiences., • Lead development of strategy deliverables including audience insights, personas, journeys, experience principles, and messaging frameworks., • Use qualitative and quantitative research to inform creative and experiential decisions., • Partner with Creative, Account, Production, Digital, and Measurement teams throughout project lifecycles., • Brief creative teams with insight, strategy, and experience direction., • Participate in ideation sessions to shape on-strategy, on-brand, and executable ideas., • Collaborate with analytics teams to define success metrics and learning objectives., • Interpret engagement and performance data to generate actionable insights., • Contribute to omnichannel thinking, connecting pre-event, onsite, and post-event touchpoints., • Ensure experiences align with broader brand and engagement strategies., • A healthcare strategist experienced in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, diagnostics, or consumer health., • Comfortable engaging internal and external audiences, including HCPs, patients, and employee stakeholders., • Skilled at translating scientific content into actionable insights., • Collaborative, data-informed, and a proactive problem-solver., • 5–8+ years of strategy, planning, or related experience in an agency environment., • Direct experience supporting healthcare congresses or HCP engagement programs., • Skilled in delivering strategic outputs such as briefs, journeys, and experience frameworks., • Exposure to measurement, analytics, or performance reporting in experiential or omnichannel programs., • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills., • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
