This role supports production and shipping operations by maintaining strict adherence to company procedures, safety regulations, and management directives while ensuring clients receive consistent order deliveries. Candidates must have availability to work Sunday through Friday, with Saturdays off. Shifts are scheduled within the organization’s hours of operation: 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Oversee the meals setup and equipment of 3rd Party shipping orders and verify orders are closed and ready for shipping according to company procedures. · Verify there is a 3rd Party Order Report for each shipping order and Transfer responsibility to the receiving party with this form as per company procedures. · Oversee order traffic from refrigerators to setup and back. Make sure all equipment is returned to rightful place. · In case of count updates, advise production what to prepare and make sure all changes are incorporated before shipping. · Follow managers’ direction and company regulations.
