Job Description What you’ll do… Ensure the restaurant area is H&S compliant for each shift. Run the daily briefing for the restaurant team. Support and coordinate the reservations system with the Hosts team. Draft Floor plan based on covers. Support the Assistant F&B Manager with Food & Beverage stock; ordering, stock counts. Cash handling and daily reporting of revenues as per hotel SOP’s. Responsible for the service on the floor. Responsible for the safe opening and closing of the restaurant. Requisitos: - Experiencia: Debes tener entre 2 y 3 años de experiencia como Jefe/a de Sala en restaurantes o bares de alta calidad. - Idiomas: Se requiere que hables castellano (avanzado) e inglés (básico). - Disponibilidad: Debes estar disponible para incorporarte de manera inmediata. - Documentación: Para candidatos/as extranjeros/as, es necesario contar con un permiso de trabajo en España y disponer de un número de seguridad social. Condiciones Laborales: - Contrato Indefinido: Ofrecemos un contrato estable para trabajar en turnos de 40 horas a la semana. - Salario: Entre 1650 y 1800 € netos al mes + incentivos, distribuidos en 12 pagas anuales. - Tipo de Jornada: Completa, 40 horas semanales en turnos seguidos con 2 días de descanso seguidos. - Horarios: Dependiendo del día, entre semana de 17:00 a 01:30, Viernes y sábado de 18:00 a 02:30 y domingos de 18:00 a 24:00 - Descanso: Disfrutarás de 2 días seguidos fijos.
