Como responsable de Operaciones, dentro de la compañía (B2B) en pleno proceso de escalado, liderarás y ayudarás a estructurar la logística de reparto de los distintos modelos (última milla, paquetería y food delivery), en un contexto de crecimiento y construcción del modelo operativo. Tu misión será diseñar, optimizar y escalar la operación, asegurando eficiencia, calidad de servicio y alineación con el producto tecnológico que soporta la logística. Reportarás directamente al General Manager, aportando la visión operativa necesaria para construir mejores herramientas, procesos y decisiones de negocio. 🧭 Responsabilidades principales • Definir y liderar la estrategia global de Operaciones de reparto., • Asegurar la eficiencia, escalabilidad y calidad del servicio operativo., • Gestionar y desarrollar equipos operativos numerosos., • Diseñar procesos, métricas y estándares que garanticen un alto rendimiento operativo., • Incorporar IA y analítica de datos para optimizar routing, planificación y tiempos de entrega., • Colaborar con tecnología y producto para trasladar necesidades operativas a soluciones digitales., • Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua en procesos, organización y uso de datos., • Preparar la operación para el crecimiento y nuevos modelos de negocio., • Actuar como referente operativo dentro de la organización, con visión de largo plazo. 🧩 Qué necesitamos • Experiencia liderando operaciones logísticas o de reparto, en modelos de paquetería, última milla y/o food delivery., • Haber participado en la construcción o escalado de operaciones en entornos startup, multiciudad o de alto crecimiento., • Sólida experiencia en gestión y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares de más de 30 personas., • Capacidad para entender cómo el producto tecnológico impacta directamente en la operación., • Perfil estratégico, estructurado y orientado a resultados., • Trayectoria o proyección hacia roles de COO., • Comodidad trabajando de forma transversal con negocio y tecnología. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for the following tasks for each distributor under their management: Responsibilities Plan and ensure the execution of strategic actions to support distributors and grow sales according to defined annual targets: • Identify, integrate, and develop strategic partnerships with bundled resellers, CMM HWRP partners, and OEMs, • Manage and develop a network of distributors to ensure optimal coverage and performance, • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve sales effectiveness, • Monitor the competitive environment (pricing, products, distribution, promotions) that could impact PolyWorks’ competitive positioning in these markets, • Define annual sales objectives, drive revenue growth and expand market reach, • Regularly visit major distributors, • Regularly assess partner performance, monitor forecasts, and conduct quarterly business reviews to evaluate progress, adjust strategy, and optimize collaboration, • Resolve situations that may arise within a non-exclusive distributor network Collaborate crossfunctionally with other departments: • Work closely with Product Managers to identify integration opportunities and collaborative innovation initiatives with partners, and contribute to feature planning based on market needs, • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement joint campaigns (webinars, events, and partner-driven content) Lead and mentor the PolyWorks Europa distribution team to ensure optimal execution of partnership strategies: • Define team priorities, provide coaching and performance feedback to foster professional development, and ensure quality and timely delivery of operational tasks, • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings, • Participate in partnership agreement negotiations and develop partner integration plans Lead the creation of partner-focused tools to facilitate solution adoption and highlight their value: • Customize video content for partners, training materials, step-by-step guides, onboarding resources, and interactive tutorials to educate them on product features and best practices Negotiate and manage equipment loan agreements with partners for IM’s development and technical support teams (for classroom training, development projects, and testing): • Coordinate the annual audit (for each inventory held by partners) to ensure accuracy, accountability, and proper asset utilization. Qualifications • Proven experience in sales leadership roles within industrial technology or software sectors, • Strong knowledge of distribution channel management, • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus, • Willingness to travel across the EMEA region We thank you for your interest in this position.
