Discovery & qualification: qualify prospects using structured frameworks (e.g., Pipeline discipline: maintain accurate data in HubSpot (or equivalent), logging activities and keeping the funnel clean. Cross-functional collaboration: partner with Sales,Marketing, and Operations to refine ICP, messaging, sequences, and campaign learnings. Performance & optimization: track KPIs (activity, connect rate, reply rate, meeting rate, SQL rate) and continuously iterate. Experience: 1–2 years in SDR/BDR or sales roles (ideally SaaS or digital). Languages: native-level Italian + professional English. HubSpot (or Salesforce), calling tools (Aircall or similar), sequencing/automation tools (Apollo, Familiarity with ICP, lead scoring, pipeline, MQL/SQL, and outbound metrics. Experience selling to e-commerce / retail / customer care / marketing & CRM teams. Interest or knowledge in WhatsApp Business / conversational marketing / automation.
