What You’ll Do - • Assist with food preparation, mise-en-place, and kitchen setup across sections., • Follow recipes and directions closely, delivering dishes with accuracy and consistency., • Support plating during service, keeping things fast, clean, and delicious., • Work closely with senior chefs and kitchen porters to keep the kitchen running smoothly., • Help with cleaning routines and follow hygiene standards to the letter., • Store and label ingredients properly while helping to manage food stock and rotation., • Maintain a tidy station and pitch in wherever needed., • Uphold all health and safety practices. What You’ll Have - • Some experience in a professional kitchen, or recently completed culinary school., • Basic knowledge of kitchen tools, cooking techniques, and hygiene practices., • A strong work ethic: reliable, on time, and ready to roll up your sleeves., • A learning mindset: open to feedback and eager to improve., • A team-first attitude with respectful communication., • A sense of pride in supporting food quality and the guest experience., • Fluency in Spanish, English is a plus! F&B SUPERVISOR para nuestro hotel Pestana CR7 Gran Via Madrid - Lifestyle Hotels DESCRIPCIÓN DE LAS FUNCIONES A REALIZAR EN LA POSICIÓN: • Supervisar los diferentes outlets del departamento de F&B, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y servicio., • Coordinar al equipo en la operativa diaria: distribución de tareas, control de tiempos y apoyo durante los servicios., • Colaborar en la creación y mantenimiento de las cartas de vinos y licores, así como en el control de stock y costes., • Participar activamente en los montajes y supervisión de eventos, grupos y banquetes., • Gestionar horarios, turnos, vacaciones y necesidades del personal., • Velar por el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad alimentaria y manipulación de alérgenos., • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en una posición similar, preferentemente en hoteles de 4* o 5*., • Liderazgo, capacidad organizativa y orientación al detalle., • Conocimientos en gestión de equipos y planificación operativa., • Nivel medio-alto de inglés; se valorarán otros idiomas., • Formación en Hostelería, Turismo o similar., • Contrato indefinido ., • Jornada completa intensiva (40h semanales) en turnos rotativos de lunes a domingo., • 2 días de descanso consecutivos por semana., • 30 días naturales de vacaciones + 20 días adicionales por descanso anual según convenio.
