🏡 ESTATE AGENT WANTED | COSTA BLANCA Amaré Properties is growing — and we’re looking for our next estate agent. We are a modern, independent boutique estate agency based on the Costa Blanca, with a strong focus on quality properties, exceptional marketing and a genuinely personal service. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and people-focused autónomo estate agent to join the team and grow with the company. 📍 Location: Costa Blanca North preferred, although Costa Blanca South will also be considered 💼 Experience: Ideally 1+ year in Spanish real estate 📋 Working arrangement: Autónomo / self-employed 💰 Commission: Up to 50% (Commission only) 🚗 Driving licence & Vehicle: Essential - Must be happy to be working in Costa Blanca North 🗣️ Languages: English essential; Spanish and/or other European languages are a strong advantage THE OPPORTUNITY This isn't an opportunity to simply join another estate agency and work through a list of properties. Amaré Properties is a growing boutique brand with ambitious plans for the future, and the right person will have the opportunity to play an important role in that growth. We are particularly interested in someone who is: • Highly motivated and self-driven, • Confident and naturally good with people, • Professional, personable and well presented, • Passionate about property and the Costa Blanca lifestyle, • Comfortable dealing with international clients, • Able to manage their own time, leads and viewings, • A strong communicator and negotiator, • Proactive rather than waiting to be told what to do, • Someone who takes pride in providing an exceptional client experience, • Commercially minded, with the ambition to build their own client base and business within the company WHAT WE OFFER 🚁 Professional marketing support — including drone photography and video, professional property content and social media marketing. 📱 Strong digital presence — we believe modern estate agency should be marketed differently, and you'll have the support and tools to showcase properties properly. 🏡 Quality properties — work with properties that are genuinely worth getting excited about, rather than simply focusing on volume. 📈 Huge potential for growth — Amaré Properties is still a young and ambitious business, meaning there is real opportunity for the right person to grow alongside the company. 🤝 A boutique working environment — you'll have a much more personal relationship with the business than you would in a large corporate agency. 🎯 Freedom and responsibility — we want people who can take ownership, develop relationships and build their own success. 💰 Up to 50% commission — a competitive commission structure designed to reward performance, with the potential to earn significantly as you build your business and close transactions. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Most importantly, personality matters. You don't necessarily need to be the most experienced agent on the Costa Blanca. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, ambition and work ethic. Someone who is hungry to succeed. Someone who enjoys meeting people. Someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, generate their own opportunities and go the extra mile for a client. And someone who wants to be part of building something rather than simply having another job. Previous experience in Spanish real estate is preferred, ideally at least one year, and a strong understanding of the Costa Blanca property market would be a major advantage. THE ROLE The successful candidate will be involved in: • Property sales and acquisitions, • Conducting property viewings, • Managing and developing client relationships, • Generating and following up leads, • Valuing and bringing new properties to market, • Negotiating between buyers and sellers, • Working with international clients, • Developing local relationships and networks, • Supporting property marketing and content creation, • Maintaining excellent communication throughout the sales process THE WORKING STRUCTURE This is an autónomo / self-employed position, giving you the flexibility and independence to manage your own schedule and business while benefiting from the Amaré Properties brand, marketing, support and property network. Commission is up to 50%, depending on the transaction and your involvement in generating and completing the business. WHY AMARÉ? We believe estate agency can — and should — be done differently. Our aim is not to become the biggest agency by simply selling the most properties. We want to build a high-quality, respected and recognisable property brand, known for exceptional marketing, honest advice and outstanding service. If you are ambitious, entrepreneurial and want to be part of that journey, we'd love to hear from you. 📩 Interested? Send your CV and a short introduction explaining why you think you'd be a good fit for Amaré Properties

We're not looking for someone who just can cook. We're looking for someone who can build a kitchen around a 100miles radius and never break that rule. RAÍZ started from a simple observation: the people who actually live on this coast, not the ones passing through, have been underserved by every restaurant built for tourists. They play padel at 7am and want recovery food, not reheated paella. They work a morning from a laptop and want a cortado made with intention. RAÍZ is the answer. A gastro-bar rooted in Murcian soil, the Torrevieja fish auction, old-vine Monastrell from Jumilla, and citrus that still smells like the tree. Everything on the menu can be traced to land or sea within 100 miles. This isn't a trend. It's the oldest idea in cooking. We need a Head Chef who can take that idea and run with it. WHAT YOU'LL OWN The menu, full stop ( external consulting support from the market leaders is available). Development, sourcing, seasonality, cost, and the discipline to say no to anything that breaks the 100miles rule. Direct relationships with local producers: the Torrevieja auction, Murcian growers, Jumilla winemakers. You're at the market, not just approving invoices. Kitchen P&L. Food cost, waste, labor. You run this like a business, not just a pass. Hiring, training, and culture for the kitchen team. A menu that changes with what's actually in season, not a static laminated card. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Proven experience as Head Chef, or a strong Sous ready to step up, ideally in a concept-driven, chef-led kitchen. A track record of sourcing locally and building supplier relationships from scratch, not just reading a spec sheet. Comfort with a pretty small, high-intensity boutique type gastro-bar service, not a hotel banquet kitchen. Someone who can explain a dish's provenance in one sentence, to a guest, without notes. Spanish or working Spanish strongly preferred. Your suppliers won't switch to English for you. Legal right to work in Spain. WHAT YOU GET A ground-floor role in a concept with a real point of view, not another rewrite of "Mediterranean fusion." A direct line to ownership. Decisions get made fast, not through six layers of approval. Generous compensation based on experience, knowledge, and intent. HOW TO APPLY: Send a CV and, this matters more than the CV, three sentences on a dish you'd put on this menu and where every ingredient would come from. We're not reading cover letters. We're reading whether you understood the brief.
