ppIntellyse is a Swiss startup (ETH HSG spin-off) using GenAI to audit and control freight invoices — road, ocean, air — for the companies that pay them. We turn freight data into recurring savings for shippers, and support clients on procurement and spend optimisation decisions. We’re past 10 paying clients and growing fast. /ph3How we create value: /h3ulliRecover overcharges through credit notes. /liliIdentify uncontracted spend and cover it with rate-card rates to create recurring savings. /liliOptimise currency exchange rates. /liliPrevent leakage through optimal carrier allocation. /li /ulpWe’re hiring our first Client Success Manager to own the client relationship end-to-end: onboard them, run the project, and make sure they see — and feel — the ROI. You bring the freight and procurement expertise our clients have told us they want from a partner. /ph3What you’ll do /h3ulliOwn onboarding and implementation for new clients: set the plan, gather the data and requirements, coordinate our engineers, and get them live fast. /liliBe the primary point of contact through adoption, expansion and renewal. /liliManage each client set‑up in our project management tool (Linear) on a daily‑to‑weekly basis. /liliReport client sentiment, challenges and progress to the CEO weekly. /liliDefine each client’s monthly targets together with the CEO, and report on them proactively by month‑end. /liliLead the weekly client check‑ins, and join the monthly and quarterly business reviews with our clients. /liliUse your freight knowledge to spot cost leakage, validate our findings, and advise clients credibly on procurement and spend optimisation decisions. /liliSpot expansion opportunities and secure renewals. /liliBe the voice of the client internally to shape product and process. /li /ulh3Who you are /h3ulli4+ years of hands‑on experience in freight procurement, logistics procurement, or freight/transport management (shipper‑side or forwarder‑side). /liliYou understand how carriers price, where shippers overpay, and how freight invoices are built. /liliClient‑facing, organised, and comfortable owning projects in a startup. /liliCommercial instinct — you see expansion and you go get it. /liliYou like talking with clients. /liliYou’re comfortable managing many stakeholders. Our clients are multinational enterprises with 2,000–50,000 employees; your contacts range from freight and transport managers and specialists up to Head of SCM, CPO and, in some cases, CFO. C-level contact is always led or supported by Intellyse’s CEO. /liliYou’re analytical and proactive — you use the Intellyse product and data to discover savings and optimisation opportunities for clients. /liliYou’re hard‑working and happy to put in extra hours to maximise your bonus. /liliYou’re open to travel at least across Europe if needed.
