    At Pacto, we are recruiting on behalf of our client: the world's #1 multinational manufacturer of major home appliances for 17 consecutive years. In Spain, the company markets a wide range of major and small domestic appliances, as well as televisions, through its leading global brands. Their manufacturing facilities are located in China and Turkey. The Head of Supply will be responsible for optimizing inventory levels by controlling demand, sales forecast, and order entry/product output, as well as leading the Logistics and Demand Planning teams, ensuring accurate planning, efficient inventory management, and thorough control of logistics costs. This person will report to Head of Demand to Delivery and will be the key coordinator between sales, logistics, planning, and business units to ensure product availability, improve forecast accuracy, and optimize E2E logistics flows. Roles and Responsibilities Inventory Management and Optimization Optimize stock levels ensuring the balance between availability and financial efficiency. Oversee demand control, Sales FCST, and order entry/output. Identify risks of overstock, stockouts, or slow-moving products, proposing action plans. Logistics Cost Control and Analysis Inbound Logistics: Analyze and optimize costs of maritime transport, DD, and inbound transportation. Evaluate efficiency opportunities in suppliers, routes, and transportation modes. Warehousing: Supervise and control storage costs, handling, and available capacity. Improve internal processes to increase productivity and reduce costs. Outbound Logistics: Control delivery costs, routes, and operational efficiency. Optimize the distribution network ensuring agile and competitive service. Direct Delivery: Analyze loads, routes, and forecasts to increase the volume of direct deliveries in coordination with sales, planning, and logistics. Demand Management and Forecasting Lead alignment between Demand Planning, Business Managers, and the Sales team to ensure a common Forecast vision. Conduct advanced analysis of indicators to improve Sales Forecast Accuracy. Lead the review of arrivals, forecast adjustments, and resolution of deviations. Ensure a structured, predictable, and results-oriented SOP/SOE process. Customer Service and Service Level (OTIF KPIs) Ensure compliance with key service indicators: OTIF, Fill Rate, On-Time Delivery, Lead Time, incident ratio, and returns. Analyze deviations and lead cross-functional action plans with logistics, planning, sales, and business. Ensure structured monitoring within SOE/SOP processes, integrating service KPIs as a central part of decision-making. Drive continuous improvement actions to increase Direct Delivery, delivery experience, and service level to retail customers and traditional channels. Management of Logistics Operators (3PL) and Last Mile Responsible for operational and contractual monitoring of 3PLs, including warehousing, handling, inbound, outbound, and transportation. Define, negotiate, and periodically review SLAs, KPIs, and performance dashboards with operators. Manage and optimize last-mile services, ensuring efficiency, timely compliance, and delivery quality. Lead continuous performance evaluation of suppliers, proposing improvements in network, capabilities, routes, and E2E efficiency. Team Leadership and Coordination Lead, develop, and motivate Logistics Demand Planning teams. Foster a culture of analysis, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making. Establish KPIs, monitor progress, and ensure achievement of objectives Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar Master´s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Data Analytics is a plus Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain managing logistics operators, optimizing logistics costs, and leading teams in mass distribution, consumer electronics, or high-turnover product sector Deep knowledge of forecasting processes, planning, and SOP. Proficiency in analytical tools and advanced Excel; ERP/SAP, Power BI, or demand planning tools Strong analytical skills focused on cost reduction and optimization.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-profile international project that will redefine sports and entertainment infrastructure, working within a dynamic and multicultural environment Key Responsibilities: Supervise MEP site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications Coordinate with subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams Monitor installation quality, progress, and safety requirements Review technical drawings and resolve site issues Support commissioning and handover phases Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 2--5 years of experience as MEP Site Engineer or similar role Experience in construction projects (stadiums, airports, hospitals, or complex buildings preferred) Strong coordination and problem-solving skills Experience working in international environments is a plus Fluent English and Spanish required
