Job Summary As a Design Intern at Placement International, you will support the creative team in developing visually engaging designs for both digital and print platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in graphic design, branding, and creative content creation within the dynamic field of international talent placement. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to learn while contributing to the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and other visual assets that support the company’s objectives and enhance its brand image. Requirements Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Design Experience: Previous design experience (internships, personal projects, or coursework) is preferred. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and knowledge of web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is an advantage. Creativity and Innovation: A strong creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, innovative design concepts. Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver high-quality design work with an eye for detail and consistency. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability: Flexibility to learn new design techniques and adjust to different project requirements. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with various departments on design needs. Responsibilities Design Support: Assist the design team in creating visual assets for marketing materials, websites, presentations, and social media platforms. Help design digital and print graphics, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and project objectives. Branding and Creative Collaboration: Contribute to the development of creative concepts and assist in producing assets for campaigns and branding initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to ensure design materials meet project requirements and deadlines. Content Creation: Assist in the creation and editing of images, infographics, and promotional materials. Ensure that design content is consistent with the company’s brand image and style guide. Feedback and Revisions: Work on design revisions and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to improve the final product. Assist in preparing files for print production or digital publication. Learning and Development: Continuously improve design skills through feedback and hands-on experience with real-world projects. Stay updated on design trends and software tools to bring new ideas to the team.
