En esta posición, serás responsable de definir y ejecutar la estrategia comercial y de ventas en el canal Direct to Consumer (ecommerce propio y pure players), así como gestionar la relación con cuentas y proveedores, identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollar nuevos negocios digitales. • Definir y desarrollar la estrategia comercial y de portfolio para el canal ecommerce., • Negociar acuerdos comerciales, campañas y condiciones anuales con proveedores, distribuidores y plataformas., • Diseñar e implementar planes de negocio y estrategias de crecimiento específicas para cada canal (ecommerce propio, pure players)., • Desarrollar nuevos canales de venta., • Desarrollar nuevos negocios digitales., • Coordinar campañas promocionales y acciones de marketing digital (paid media, afiliación, CRM/emailing)., • Gestionar el stock en coordinación con operaciones, asegurando una oferta atractiva y rentable., • Analizar ventas, márgenes, conversión y tráfico, elaborando reportes de rendimiento y proponiendo acciones de optimización., • Mantener relaciones sólidas con cuentas clave, partners y plataformas, y representar a la empresa en ferias y reuniones estratégicas. Experiencia: 3-5 años gestión de cuentas clave en entornos retail y digitales en FMCG con experiencia directa en ecommerce propio, pure players y marketplaces. For an important client in the leisure industry, we are setting up a nurture program that is designed to target selected and potential holiday-home owners and property management companies through different communication channels to target markets in Europe and beyond. The communication channels will include direct mail, social and digital advertising, e-mail communications, telemarketing and digital selling. For the telemarketing part we are looking for an Outbound Telemarketing Agent with French to provide telemarketing profiling, digital selling, relationship nurturing and lead development using multi-channel and tele-only plays. Tele only plays will include 1:1 outreach and follow up using phone and e-mail. As an Outbound Telemarketing Agent you will become a product expert and serve as the voice of the company by creating a great first impression and proving a world class experience to new prospects. You will enjoy this role if you are competitive with a strong desire and ability to hit targets and exceed expectations. You like to reach out to prospects by phone, open up conversations and build relationships. What you will do: • Provide tele-profiling, desktop research, relationship nurturing and lead development., • Use multi-channel and tele-only plays. Tele-only plays include 1:1 outreach and follow-up using phone and e-mail., • Talk to a wide variety of new business contacts - including holiday-home owners and property managers., • Become a product/offer expert and learn strategies to communicate product/offer value., • Clearly communicate business decision drivers and benefits to showcase the product/offer as a strategic advantage., • Participate in regular team meetings and pro-actively share opinions and suggestions for improvements. What you bring: • Proficient language skills: French (verbally and written) ., • You will need to have solid English language skills to navigate the system and understand the training and team communications as this will be delivered in English., • Superior customer service, cold calling , and data entry skills., • Strong over-the-phone communication and excellent listening skills., • Advocate for prospects by building rapport to identify their key needs and determine possible solution-sets., • Desire to think creatively and use problem-solving skills to assure customer satisfaction., • Ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail and prioritize in a fast-paced environment., • Flexible attitude and demonstrated ability to hit targets and exceed expectations. What You Need: • Proven proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, CRMs, and other online resources for information., • Proven track of first successful experience in outbound telemarketing demand generation. Preferred (Not Required): • One to three years of B2B experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer centric role., • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred., • Experience working with Salesforce.com CRM and SalesLoft or Outreach preferrable.
